Several adult White-bellied Sea-eagles were seen at various locations around Queensland and New South Wales this juvenile bird over Lake Mitchell was by far and away the best views, or at least the most photographable
Several of the huge Wedge-tailed Eagle were seen inland at Georgetown where they were seen well, such as this bird, whilst one near Five Bough Swamp, New South Wales was far less showy.
Only a handful of Brown Falcons were seen with most, including this one (and the only perched bird seen) being out at Georgetown.

This fine Peregrine had, at one point, been in the air with a Brown Falcon and two Nankeen Kestrels in the lower part of the Capertee Valley. Peregrine's here were much darker than those found back in the UK and northern Europe
