Ring-billed Gull - Westcliff Seafront, Essex: long stayer
After about six visits in August 2009 I finally caught up with Rossi, he'd only been back two weeks, on 31st August; above and below.
Rossi returned to the beach opposite Rossi Icecream Parlour on 7th August 2010 where I caught up with him on the 8th. This is the earliest he has ever been seen back here though he may have even been here a week or so earlier.
Now in his 12th season here, remarkable.
