White-eyed Gull - Larus leucopthalmus
So far these are the only images I have of this species, from Eilat North Beach Israel. Three first-summer birds.

Note the long, slender, all dark and tapering tipped bill, bold white eye-lids even on non adults. The dark brown head, neck and chest contrasts with the whitish under-parts whilst the wings are long and dark with white tipped greater coverts creating a narrow white trailing edge
